Speck P.G.I.
P.G.I.-certified smoked ham produced according to the traditional recipe of Alto Adige (Italian Alps). Selected pork legs are deboned, pressed, trimmed of excess fat and placed in the traditional aromatic dressing with herbs, spices and garlic. They are then briefly smoked and cured. Fine or slightly thick slices release the typical smoked and spicy fragrance.
