Salame Sopressa Veneta

Sopressa Veneta, following the traditional Veneto recipe, is a roughly ground salami, stuffed into natural bovine casing to form its typical large bean shape, and then hand-tied. Rigorously hand-cut slices are soft and mild. Also available with garlic flavouring.
