Pancetta di Zibello Negroni
Pancetta di Zibello is obtained by processing the superior muscular part of pork belly (only heavy Italian porks are used). The meat is salted, spiced, rolled and partially covered with a natural casing. The long aging period in the magnificent Villa Gambara cellars enhances the product's sweet flavour and intense aroma. The texture is extremely soft.
