Mortadella 4 Castelli
Produced according to the original Bologna recipe, it has been P.G.I.-certified since 1998. It is made with exclusively selected first choice pork meat, mixed with strips of bacon and spices according to the best genuine recipes to be found in the Emilia Romagna tradition. The most delicate phase is cooking, which gives mortadella its typical velvety texture, fragrance and softness.
