Coppa Nostrana

Traditional speciality of the Parma area, this product is obtained by processing pork loins (neck muscles), one of the best cuts of pork. Hand-tied to create the traditional cylindrical shape, it is stuffed into natural casing and then dry-cured. Finely cut slices are compact and sweet with a delicate scent of pepper and garlic.
