Bresaola Punta d'Anca PGI

Dry-cured beef typical of Valtellina (Central Italian Alps), PGI -certified bresaola is produced from chosen cuts of beef legs, expertly processed with a blend of salt and spices. Finely cut slices are bright red and release a delicate and lightly aromatic fragrance.
