8 slices of Negroni prosciutto cotto
250 g of scamorza
250 g of breadcrumbs
3 eggs
50 g of Parmesan cheese
parsley to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste

The Recipe:

  • Place the not too thinly sliced prosciutto on your work surface.
  • Put the scamorza cut into strips on top.
  • Form the individual rolls and hold them in place with a pair of toothpicks.
  • In a bowl, place the breadcrumbs, then add chopped parsley, sprinkle with black pepper and add a pinch of salt.
  • In another bowl, beat the 3 eggs.
  • At this point, place your prosciutto rolls into the beaten egg, then into the breadcrumbs.
  • Place the rolls on a baking tray covered with baking paper, add a dash of extra virgin olive oil and cook at 180° for 15 minutes.
