Courgettes stuffed with cooked ham
Tasty and quick to make, courgettes stuffed with cooked ham make an ideal appetizer for offering to friends or even a one-course meal.

4 courgettes (round or long) |
2 packs of Negroni Diced Cooked Ham |
150 g minced meat |
70 g grated cheese |
1 egg |
Chopped parsley (to taste) |
Extra virgin olive oil |
salt and pepper |
The Recipe:
- Wash and trim the ends of the courgettes and, using a knife, remove the flesh.
- Finely chop the courgette pulp and place it in a bowl with the diced ham, minced meat, grated cheese, a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper and a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
- Add the egg to the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Fill the courgettes with the mixture and add a drizzle of oil before cooking in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25/30 minutes.
