100 g bacon
70 g olive paste
Dry white wine

Chicken and bacon in a bite-sized version add up to the most tempting recipe of all!  Quick and easy to prepare, chicken and bacon parcels will give you plenty of satisfaction: your kids will love them, dinner with the family will be a sure success - with adults too - and what better main course for Sunday lunch or for a smooth-sailing Romantic supper

Chicken and bacon parcels can also be served with an aperitif possibly alongside some bruschettas. Use chicken and bacon nuggets as a second course served with a salad, for a complete and well-balanced meal.  

The Recipe:

First of all, cut the chicken breast into fine slices, you should be able to obtain 8 slices from one breast. Lay each slice of chicken onto a slice of bacon that is slightly wider and longer. Spread a little black olive paste onto each slice of chicken and then roll everything up and secure the parcel with a toothpick. 
Put a frying pan on the hob until hot, then lower the heat and let the parcels sizzle in the pan with the lid on. In this way the meat will cook to perfection and the bacon will become crisp without burning. A few minutes cooking will be sufficient for the chicken to turn white. At this point, add a little white wine and allow it to evaporate. Serve the chicken parcels nice and hot!
