Courgette and ham carbonara

1 pack of diced cooked ham |
3 courgettes |

The Recipe:
- Wash the courgettes and cut into julienne strips.
- Meanwhile, bring a saucepan of water to the boil and cook the spaghetti.
- Whilst the pasta is cooking, heat a drop of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and brown the garlic clove.
- Next, brown the Negroni cubed ham and then add the courgettes sliced into julienne strips.
- Whilst the courgettes are cooking, in a bowl, beat the egg with a generous sprinkling of black pepper and parmesan.
- Now, drain the pasta, stir in the courgettes, Negroni cubed ham, and the egg.
