Turkey meatballs, an irresistible recipe
Here’s how to make delicious turkey meatballs, a recipe that will come in handy for all sorts of occasions.

2 packets of Negroni Petto di Tacchino (Negroni turkey breast) |
120 g ricotta cheese |
1 egg |
2 slices of pre-packed sliced bread |
30 g parmigiano reggiano (parmesan |
Breadcrumbs |
Nutmeg to taste |
Extra virgin olive oil |
salt and pepper to taste |
The Recipe:
- Put the slices of Negroni turkey breast into a food processor, add the ricotta cheese and blend until you have a soft creamy mixture. Now transfer to a bowl.
- Blitz the bread slices (without crusts) together with the egg.
- Blend the 2 mixtures, add the parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg and some breadcrumbs.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on an oven tray covered with greaseproof paper and a drizzle of oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200° C.
