Winter salad with bresaola and mushrooms

The winter salad with bresaola and porcini mushrooms is an excellent compromise between taste and lightness. This dish is suitable for the most varied occasions: office lunch, family dinner, but even for a romantic dinner and an evening watching the TV.
The Recipe:
Prepare the single ingredients. Start with the dressing: mix extra-virgin olive oil in a bowl with lemon juice and salt, using a whisk. Wash the rocket and break it into pieces after drying it well. If you want you can add raw porcini mushroom to your salad, as long as it is fresh and very good. Use a vegetable slicer to cut it into very thin slices. As an alternative cook the mushroom in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil and a bit of white wine. Cut the parmesan into slivers. Then put Bresaola on the serving dish and top it with rocket, parmesan, the mushrooms and then season it with the mix of oil, lemon and salt.
Now it is ready to serve.
