Ingredients
Ingredients List
250 g of egg tagliatelle
1 onion
70 g pine nuts
150 g San Daniele DOP Negroni cured ham
fresh basil

Here we have a tasty first course for those who love pasta and ham, combining tagliatelle with cured ham and basil, a refreshing dish for the first hot months of the year.

The Recipe:

Take about 90 g of San Daniele DOP Negroni ham and cut it into strips. Then cut the strips into small squares. Use the remaining slices of cured ham for final decoration. Fry a chopped onion and a little oil in a frying pan.

Add the squares of cured ham and the toasted pine nuts. Meanwhile bring water to the boil, salt and cook the tagliatelle. You can use green spinach tagliatelle to give a more vegetable taste to the dish. When these are al dente drain and pour them into the pan with the cured ham and a tablespoon of the cooking water to keep them from sticking. Add fresh basil leaves and mix well.
Serve with a leaf of fresh basil on top and slices of cured ham as a final touch.

Enjoy your meal!
