Salame Magnifico

This finely ground salami is produced by processing choice lean pork. It is seasoned in little metal cages that give it its typical flat shape. Lean and compact slices have a delicate, mild flavour, ideal to be tasted in combination with vegetables, fruit and cheese platters or dressed with a dash of olive oil.
